The Delhi High Court on Thursday (March 15) allowed the application of Karti Chidambaram, in which he has sought an extension of two days of his protection from arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). He has cited non-availability of his senior counsel on the date.
The ED filed no objection in it. Next date of hearing is now March 22.
Earlier, the Delhi High Court had provided interim relief to Karti till March 20. This has now been extended by two days on the fresh application moved by Karti.
