SC unhappy over non-appointment of Lokpal, asks Centre to file fresh affidavit in 4 weeks

The Supreme Court on Thursday (January 11) has decided to hear the case pertaining to the death of CBI judge Brijgopal Loya. The bench comprising of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices A M Khanwilkar, D Y Chandrachud will hear the case on Friday (January 12).

CBI judge Loya died under mysterious circumstances in 2014 and during the time of his death, he was hearing Sohrabuddin Shiekh fake encounter case in which BJP President, Amit Shah is an accused.
