The Jaipur district court today granted 10-days interim bail to state minister Babulal Nagar who has been accused of rape, to attend to his ailing mother.
The court has granted him interim bail in police custody, and according to the bail conditions, he will be allowed to visit his mother from 10 am to 5 pm only in police custody.
The two-year old case is being investigated by CBI.
