The Supreme Court on Friday (December 8) dismissed a petition seeking one nation one course saying that the petition can’t be entertained.
The bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices A M Khanwilkar, D Y Chandrachud said to the petitioner, a primary school teacher that there are other courses in other states which is described as per the state and local area.
