The Supreme Court on Monday (February 6) set aside the high court order to dissolve the managing committee of the Shirdi Sai Baba Institute Trust.
The high court had dissolved the 12-member managing committee (most of them are from BJP and Shiv Sena) which was created in 2016 keeping in view the pending criminal cases against many members of the Trust.
Challenging the high court order, the Maharashtra government had approached the apex court seeking annulment of the order.
