So far three review petitions have been filed with the Supreme court over its SC / ST Act verdict.
The petitions have been filed by the Madhya Pradesh Bahujan Sangharsh Dal, the Madhya Pradesh Scheduled Tribes and Employees Union and the National Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Youth Association.
The review petitions have demanded that the Supreme Court should reconsider its order of March 20 which debars immediate arrest under the SC / ST Act. The petitions want that order withdrawn.
