Three Judges at the Delhi High Court on Monday tested positive for Covid-19, sources in the Delhi High Court confirmed.
“All of them contracted the virus after the physical hearing had stopped. One more Judge is suffering from fever, however, his reports are not out yet,” the sources confirmed, while talking to India Legal over phone.
Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court had delayed the timing of commencement of all benches, following the surge in Covid-19 cases across the national capital.

According to a circular issued by the Supreme Court, all benches will sit one hour late from the scheduled time today, as the Supreme Court premises and courtroom are getting sanitised, after the sudden rise in Covid-19 cases.
