The government of Bihar on Friday has appointed the former State minister and advocate Prashant Kumar Shahi as Advocate General.
The State law department on their website has issued a notification to the effect.
Lalit Kishor, who had resigned from the post was replaced by Shahi.
PK Shahi was previously also appointed as an Advocate General in the year 2005 till 2010. Later, he was made the State’s Education minister.
