The National Stock exchange Former managing Director Chitra Ramkrishna who is accused of frequently revising the designation and compensation of another former NSE employee Anand Subramanian has been denied bail on Thursday , by a Special CBI Court in the NSE co-location scam case.
The pleas by both Ramakrishnan and Subramanian were dismissed by the
Special Judge Sanjeev after their arguments were heard.
A detailed order is expected later in the day.
The case comes from an order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) that found Ramakrishna allegedly involved in financial misdeeds relating to revision and fixation of salary of Subramanian
