ILNS: The Supreme Court today agreed to hear an urgent mentioning of a plea by Senior Advocate Siddharth Luthra, seeking a stay on the construction work at “Central Vista Redevelopment Project” during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
On Tuesday, the Delhi High Court had refused to issue notice on that plea. The project has been declared as an ‘essential service’.
