ILNS: The Supreme Court will today hear a plea filed by the Centre against a Karnataka High Court order, directing the latter to increase the supply of oxygen in the state to 1200 MT.
The Central Government had yesterday moved the Supreme Court, challenging the Karnataka High Court order of May 5, directing the Centre to increase the daily liquid medical oxygen allocation for state to 1200 MT.
The High Court order was delivered by a division bench of Chief Justice A.S. Oka and Justice Arvind Kumar.
