Collegium recommends appointment of two judicial officers as judges of Andhra Pradesh 

The Supreme Court collegium on tuesday has recommended the appointment of two judicial officers as judges of Andhra Pradesh.

The following judicial officers were recommended for elevation to the Andhra Pradesh High Court:

– P Venkata Jyothirmai

– V Gopalakrishna Rao

The Andhra Pradesh High Court is currently functioning with 30 judges as against its sanctioned strength of 37, a vacancy position of 7.
