At the event organized by the Hindu Yuva Vahini, the speakers while in process of delivering the said hate speech called in for killing of people in the name of religion and used provocative and inflammatory sentences while administering the oath. The accused persons also administered an oath to a large group of people encouraging feelings of hatred and communal violence and fan the flames of enmity between different groups based on their religion.

In the complaint letter it was emphasized that it is not the first time that Chavhanke has made such statements which are irresponsible and communal in nature. Recently Chavhanke made remarks about the minority community for the increasing number of people from Muslim religion entering the bureaucracy and called it a conspiracy. Hence strict action is demanded to set a precedent to save the secular nature of the country.
