Nullifying all of its last orders Delhi High Court today has suspended the functioning Delhi High Court including all of its subordinate Courts till April 15. The decision has been made in pursuance of the 21 days Nationwide Lockdown levied to restrict the spread of pandemic disease COVID19.
It has also been mentioned in the notice that all the matters listed for 13th April to 15th April would be adjourned for 13th July to 15th July.
It has been further directed by the court that District Judges and Session Judges may also permit judges and other officials from the staff to work from home, wherever it is possible to do so.
