Kerala HC To Reopen On May 18 With Full Working Strength

The High court of Kerala has issued a memorandum stating that it will reopen on May 18 after mid Summer vacation with full working strength if there are no restrictions from Government regarding attendance.

It has also been stated that the High Court was taking steps to arrange conveyance facilities from different locations in the district to the High Court and back in coordination with Kerala State Road Transport Corporation having regard to the absence of public transport amid COVID 19 lockdown.

Persons availing the facility will have to abide by the instructions and guidelines fixed by the KSRTC authorities and no complaints in this regard shall be entertained.

Further the Kerala High Court Staff canteen Committee has informed that parcel facilities at limited scale and subject to the restrictions fixed by the Registry will be available from the Staff canteen.

It has also been clarified that if the Government restricts attendance in Government offices in Ernakulum district where the High Court is located, arrangements will be made for duty which will be published on the High Court website on May 18.
