MHA: Unlock-4, Metro resume from 7th Sept. 2020

Ministry Of Home Affairs issued guideline Unlock-4, today and allowed Metro to ply from 7^th Sept. 2020, but school, colleges and educational institutes, coaching classes remain closed till 30^th Sept. 2020 except online classes.
