Dharma Das, one of the many who were charged with conspiracy in the 1992 Babri Masjid demolition case now on at a special CBI court in Lucknow, is in trouble. The court on Friday (June 23) issued a non-bailable warrant against Das.
He was supposed to appear before the court, but neither did he bother to depose, nor did he file a petition appealing for leave of absence.
Meanwhile, Sanjay Raut of the Shiv Sena, who was supposed to appear as witness on Friday, also did not turn up.
