There is no one more qualified than former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah, who spent 232 days in detention, to offer advice on how to survive a prolonged lockdown. After his release last week, he has been sharing “tips” on spending time in isolation. He has started a tweet thread which begins thus:”On a lighter note if anyone wants tips on surviving quarantine or a lock down I have months of experience at my disposal…” His tweet adds: “Fresh air really helped – deep breaths near an open window.” He advises everyone to establish a routine and try to stick to it. “In all the months I was in Hari Niwas, I stuck to a routine as though it were carved in stone. The routine gave me a sense of purpose and stopped me feeling aimless or lost.” Another tweet advises: “
