A PIL has been filed before the Supreme Court, seeking direction for release of Oxygen Cylinders, Remdesivir, Oximeters, and all such essential equipment related to the treatment of Covid-19, lying in the police stations across the country.
Filed jointly by a law student and an advocate, the petition sought directions for making a seizure memo, along with videography and photography of the seized properties and their release, considering the prevailing situation.
