A petition has been filed in the Allahabad High Court against a woman who grabbed the petitioners’ father’s pension, gratuity etc, by taking advantage of their helpless condition after the death of the father.
A Single Bench of Justice Ajit Kumar passed this order while hearing a petition filed by Ankur Kulshrestha And Another.
The argument advanced by the counsel for the petitioner is that the father of the petitioners, namely Dinesh Chandra Kulshrestha, was posted as Electrician Grade-I in the office of Sub-Division, Nandanpur, Rajghat Nahar and Regulator Sambhag, Orcha, Division MP. He died while in service on May 2, 2005.
