Rhea Chakraborty has today filed another affidavit in the Supreme Court of India complaining about her Extreme trauma and infringement of privacy of the rights due to constant sensationalization & Media Trial of the Sushant Singh Rajput death case.
The additional affidavit has been filed by Rhea Chakraborty in her original Transfer Petition filed seeking transfer of FIR lodged by Patna Police to Mumbai in the Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case.
Later after the approval of the Supreme Court, the case has been transferred to the CBI, further the CBI registered an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda and Shruti Modi in the case.
The affidavit states that “The issue is blown out of proportion in Media. Media Channels are examining and cross-examining all the witnesses in the case. The petitioner is already convicted by media even before a fowl-play in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput is established.”
Concerning the transfer of the case to CBI, affidavit further added that “Investigation into financial scams of thousands of crores by Enforcement Directorate & CBI never see the light of the day and a drop of a hat, cases get registered even without there being a jurisdiction in the foundational case.”

Through this affidavit, Rhea Chakraborty has urged before the court that she should be protected and not be made a scapegoat of political agendas.
