SC Collegium elevates 5 advocates as judges in 3 High Courts

The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on March 2, 2021 has approved the proposal for elevation of advocates as Judges in  the High Courts.

Advocates Dr Vivek Sharan, Nidhi Patankar and Pranay Verma have been recommended for elevation as Judges of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.

Advocate  Vikas Bahl has been recommended for elevation as a Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High court.

Further, Advocate Rahul Bharti has been recommended for elevation as a Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
