The Supreme Court will today take a call whether the Holi vacation is to be extended or limited functioning of the Supreme Court be allowed.
The Chief Justice of India SA Bobde yesterday had called a meeting to consider whether the Supreme Court should extend the vacation in the light of the coronavirus outbreak.
The meeting called by the CJI was attended by Justices Arun Mishra and UU Lalit along with the Attorney General of India KK Venugopal and the Solicitor General of India Tushar Mehta.
The Supreme Court is on a week-long vacation due to Holi break and is scheduled to reopen on the 16th of March.
