The Supreme Court Bar Association has shared a weblog today to help SCBA members adopt a digital practice while stating that in future, will arrange either you-tube tutorials or a webinar on the new e-filing system of the Supreme Court.
The Executive Committee and the Lectures and Training sub-committee has shared a blog that has been created by Mr. RV Yogesh, one of the members of the association.
In his blog, Mr Yogesh has captured his journey from a paper-and-files legal practice to a digital and largely paperless office in a short space of only a couple of years. The blog, which will be updated frequently as and when new technology or methods are adopted, will also provide the members with a step by step template to assist them when they embark on a similar journey too.
SCBA has shared a link to the blog along with a link of a short introductory post to provide the members a brief overview before they plunge into the world of digitization.
According to the Executive Committee, Mr Yogesh’s blog is the third instalment in the series of assistance to members in modernizing their legal practice, following Mr Gaurav Nair’s YouTube tutorials on PDF expert and Mr. Devashish Bharuka’s webinar. The EC will also organise YouTube tutorials or a webinar on the new e-filing system of the Supreme Court.
