The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting on July 14 has proposed the elevation of two Advocates as Judges in the Allahabad High Court.
The two lawyers are Saurabh Srivastava and Om Prakash Shukla.
The Collegium also approved the proposal for the elevation of advocate Rakesh Mohan and judicial officer Pandey Radhakishan Agrawal as Judges in the Chhattisgarh High Court.
The Collegium also reiterated its earlier recommendation for the elevation of 5 Advocates as Judges in the Allahabad High Court.
The five advocates who had been recommended for Judges were Shishir Jain, Manu Khare, Rishad Murtaza, Dhruv Mathur and Vimlendu Tripathi.
