The Delhi High Court will today conduct hearing into a slew of petitions, demanding inclusion of Oxygen Concentrator in the list of Essential Commodities, so that the same can come under the ambit of the Essential Commodities Act.
A plea has been filed in the Delhi High Court against the Phase II/III clinical trial of Whole Virion Inactivated Coronavirus Vaccine (Covaxin) on healthy volunteers from the age group ranging from 2 to 18 years. Petitioner in person Sanjeev Kumar has sought the petition be listed on an urgent basis.
A bench of Justices Vineet Saran & BR Gavai however has given liberty to the petitioner to withdraw its application and file a review petition before the Allahabad HC.
