The Supreme Court today adjourned till July 13 a plea by a group of Basic Teacher Certificate (BTC)-trained candidates, challenging the inclusion of B. Ed candidates to appear for the Uttar Pradesh Assistant Teachers Exam as they are not qualified for it.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday has directed the UP Government to file a detailed affidavit and Solicitor General Tushar Mehta to intervene in the petition regarding the unhindered movement of people across the States of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi.
