The Bombay High Court today resumed hearing of the habeas corpus petition moved by Republic TV Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami challenging his arrest in an abetment to suicide case.
Subsequent to the arrest of the Republic TV Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami by the Mumbai Police yesterday, a two-judge bench of Bombay High Court comprising Justices S S Shinde and M S Karnik issued notice in the habeas petition filed by Goswami in an abetment to suicide case.
Republic TV Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami, who was arrested from his home this morning in connection with an abetment to suicide case was later produced before the an Alibaug court. Mumbai Police has sought a 14-day police remand for Goswami.
