DIG Arvind Sen did not get any relief from the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court in the fake tender case of the Animal Husbandry Department on Thursday.
The District Administration had issued a recovery notice against Maulana Saif Abbas for Rs 67 lakh. This recovery notice was issued on the property damage in the CAA-NRC Violence. Maulana has challenged the recovery order of the administration of March 3, 2020 and June 16, 2020 in the High Court.
