The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted four weeks' protection from arrest to Raj Kundra, businessman and actor Shilpa Shetty's husband, in the case of shooting and streaming pornographic content. The Apex Court also issued notice to the Maharashtra government.
A single Bench of Delhi High Court passed this order to deny anticipatory bail to the owner of a hotel where a 16-year old minor girl was allegedly kept and raped for four days while hearing a Bail Application filed by Ajay Kumar.
