The Karnataka High Court on Monday quashed the decision of the Bar Council of India (BCI) and circular issued by the Karnataka State Law University (KSLU)
The BCI through informed that the founder of KIIT and KISS Deemed to be University, Dr. Achyuta Samanta has accepted the proposal of BCI to establish Indian Institute of Law and has provided a piece of land through his Trust at Bhubaneswar for its establishment.
