A single-judge bench of Allahabad High Court while hearing a criminal Appeal filed by Sonu Kushwaha gives its verdict on a petition filed in a Jhansi case saying that oral sex of a minor is not an offense, and reduced the sentence of the convicted in the trial court from 10 years to 7 years.
