The Bombay High Court on Tuesday has allowed a teenager for Medical termination of her pregnancy. The girl was sexually abused by her father which led to her being pregnant.
The Bombay High Court on Wednesday has directed the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation to pay its certified contract workers per day allowance on the basis of their attendance at the rate paid to the other employees/workers by the Corporation under its Circular on 7th April 2020.
