The Delhi High Court bench of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rekha Palli on Wednesday made it clear that the Covid aid that has come in from private parties and from abroad should be distributed on time and judiciously. The bench also asked for a compliance report from the Centre on May 22.
The Central informed the Apex Court that the differential pricing of coronavirus vaccines is intended to create an incentivized demand for private producers, resulting in market-driven low prices.

The government’s failure to anticipate the nationwide demand for oxygen and the aforesaid notification that is just limited to the man of means is abhorrent at par when the entire world is witnessing the ongoing crisis of this Country.
