The Delhi High Court on Tuesday decided to hear a petition against the ongoing Central Vista construction amid Covid 19 tomorrow. The hearing today was held before the bench of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Jasmeet Singh.
Luthra appearing before the Delhi High Court submitted, “Your lordship was pleased to keep it on 17th May. An SLP was filed, my request is that there is an emergency, a health emergency.”
