The National Human Rights Commission on Wednesday has issued notices to the Government of NCT of Delhi and Union Health & Family Welfare Ministry on a complaint making serious allegations about the difficulties being faced by the general public in Delhi due to COVID-19 mismanagement.
The Centre has released Rs 36,400 Crore as Good and Services Tax Compensation to the States & Union Territories for the period from December 2019 to 2020, in view of the prevent conditions due to the outbreak of COVID19 pandemic.
The Petition has been filed by an organization "DOCTORS FOR YOU” which is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and represented through its President Dr Rajat Jain who is a medical practitioner.
The Supreme Court today issued notice to the Central Government on a plea seeking ban on the use of ‘Zoom App’ for official and personal use until a legislation is made and to carry out an exhaustive technical study into the security and privacy risks of use of ‘Zoom App’.
