In their plea to the Delhi High Court, the girls, class 7 and class 2 students, said their father Dinesh Kataria, the sole earning member, died in the oxygen blackout at Jaipur Golden Hospital, New Delhi on April 24. He had Covid. Their grandmother too died. They have filed the plea for compensation.
The Delhi High Court has sought response from the Central govt, the Reserve Bank of India and the Bar Council of India, in a plea seeking the inclusion of advocates within the definition of professionals as provided under the MSME Act
