The decision of Punjab University (PU) not to conduct entrance examination for admission in five-year law course has now been challenged in the Punjab and Haryana High Court for the third time.
Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Manoj Jha has moved the Supreme Court challenging the constitutional validity of the three newly enacted agriculture laws, saying they are "discriminatory and manifestly arbitrary" and will expose marginal farmers to exploitation by big corporates.
