The Supreme Court on Wednesday came down heavily on a petitioner, who sought conducting of Board examination for classes 10th and 12th through online mode.
The Delhi High Court was of the opinion that the issues raised in the plea against CBSE on Class 10 results are substantial enough and requires the adjudication, and thereby, issued notice to the respondents.
New Delhi (ILNS): The Supreme Court bench of Justices Ashok Bhushan, R. Subhash Reddy and M. R. Shah today dismissed a plea seeking direction to the CBSE and the Delhi government to waive examination fees for students of classes 10 and 12 in the current academic year.
