Ardhendumauli Kumar Prasad, counsel for Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir made submission that status quo to be maintained, while asking for stay of operation of contempt proceedings initiated against Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir
At the outset the SG has submitted that the Central Govt accepts its obligations to be abide by the order of this Court. However, it has been submitted that contempt proceedings shall not be warranted.
