The counsel further submitted that the last order the DGCA, obtained data from various airlines which reveals that most of the airlines are conducting testing using breath analyzers, which is much higher than 10% and in some airlines, even close to 30%.

The Delhi High Court today directed the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) and the Delhi government to consider testing of people willing to travel inter-state.
Former President Pranab Mukherjee himself announced this over Twitter, saying: “On a visit to the hospital for a separate procedure, I have tested positive for COVID19 today. I request the people who came in contact with me in the last week, to please self isolate and get tested for COVID-19.”
