Different court complexes and the Delhi High Court have reported at least 10 new COVID-19 positive cases. The cases include five from Saket Court, one each from Karkarduma and Rouse Avenue Courts and three from Delhi High Court.
The Supreme Court has held: "When the court passed specific orders directing the states to file affidavits, the court’s intention was to see the working of the aforesaid acts. Non-filing of affidavit clearly indicates that the states are not interested in implementing the aforesaid enactments.”
