The Supreme Court on Thursday declined to give any relief to a sanitation worker convicted for taking illegal gratification from a complainant for revoking his suspension order and regularization of the quarter occupied by him.
The petition has been filed before the Delhi HC by the Director of the Sports Authority of India (SAI) who has challenged the framing of the Charge order by the Special Judge Rouse Avenue Court and he has also challenged the ultra vires of Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
