The Delhi High Court on Friday has asked Delhi Police to consider the application filed by organization IPOB seeking permission for peaceful protest outside the Uttar Pradesh Bhawan against the alleged illegal detention of two Nigerians by Uttar Pradesh Police, within a period of three days.
The Supreme Court has today asked the National Investigation Agency to provide Gautam Navlakha’s Counsel with a copy of its petition, while adjourning the matter till July 6. The interim order of the Court ordering stay on the Delhi High Court’s order will continue till then.

The Supreme Court on Friday has refused to stay the Central Vista Project of Central Government. The Court has clarified that all the proceedings regarding the Central Vista Development Project will be considered consolidatedly.
