The Supreme Court on Wednesday has confronted the Central Government over the issue of RBI loan moratorium, stating that if Centre has announced a moratorium, it must ensure the benefits are given to customers’ purposefully.
The Bombay High Court Bench of the Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice KK Tated has said, “to urge the Bench to direct the State to provide for treatment of a patient free of cost, in these circumstances, appears to us to be preposterous.”
The petitioner has also prayed before the Court to ascertain the feasibility of establishing “One Nation One Education Board” by merging Indian Certificate of Secondary Education Board into Central Board of Secondary Education or vice-versa.
