Justice Amit Bansal has sought the response of the Delhi Government, the Union of India, Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights and the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.
The petitions were primarily filed with the grievance of the persons in age group of 18-44 years who had received Covaxin's first dose and were not yet administered the second dosage of the vaccination within the prescribe period of time.

However, the Bench observed, “The petitioner has annexed the circular of RBI, by which the RBI has given MSMEs some concessions. It has been submitted that it’s not sufficient. He has sought for financial measures.”
