According to the petition the respondents failed to provide medical facilities like medicines, oxygen, proper treatment, bed, ventilators and many more services to the last person in the UP during this pandemic situation.
Further, it is submitted that when the beds under Covid-19 category are seen, the same is also misleading in as much as a large number of these beds are not oxygenated.
