The Delhi High Court today in view of the alarming rise in the COVID-19 case in Delhi, through its office order directed for the resumption of the system of Court hearings through Virtual Mode only till April 24 and 23 for District and High Court respectively.
On a day in which the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took a COVID test, his government stated that the cases in the capital is likely reach 5.5 lakh by the end of July.
As Unlock 1.0 got underway on Monday even as COVID19 cases continued to surge, Delhi sealed its borders for a week, the exceptions being people providing essential services and those holding government-approved e-passes.
