A Delhi court on Wednesday discharged Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, along with nine others, in the assault case involving the then Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash.
The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed an appeal by the Delhi Police challenging the Delhi High Court order which allowed Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia's plea to provide statement of witnesses in the 2018 alleged assault of then-Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash.
