The Delhi High Court on Thursday adjourned a batch of petitions seeking allowing sale and service of 'Herbal Hookah' in Delhi, filed by various restaurants, bars and lounges.
A Delhi High Court single-Judge bench of Justice Rekha Palli issued Notice to the Delhi Government and expressed: “It is expected that Delhi Disaster Management Authority will consider this aspect on an urgent basis.”
